JaKia Green is a young, feisty teenager, growing up in the city of Atlanta, Georgia in the year of 2033. Jamie and Serene Green try their best to give their children the life that they didn’t have growing up, but the more they try to shelter their kids from harm’s way, it seems like the more their children go searching for danger. Though JaKia is given everything a child could ever want, her heart, mind, and soul crave the one thing that she can’t have—her adoptive brother, August Carter Green.
Tired of their daughter’s disrespect for household rules, JaKia’s parents send her away to a boarding school overseas, Brookshire House in London, England. There, JaKia meets a handsome yet annoying overachiever by the name of Prince White. Torn from her loved ones and brokenhearted, JaKia turns to the comfort of a dance team known as the Flip Squad. Though JaKia puts all of her hurt energy into trying to do something that will make her family proud of her, she cannot escape the repercussions of her actions. Just when you thought it was safe to say that karma missed Jamie Green, here she comes.

I Can Love You Better edition by Krystal Armstead Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
Omg all I can say Is I'm ready for part two. You did an awesome job with this book and it was different from the others that's what I love about it ! I'm just dying to find out what happens next being that she just found out this whole time she was pregnant. I knew that she was all along once those symptoms were being brought up ! Omg please don't make us wait too long 😫😫
Wondering what secrets will be revealed this series. August and jakia had a unique affection for each other. What was up with the cliffhanger??
If I tell y'all that this a 5 star banger, please believe me. Ke Ke had the best of life. She had dome crazy ass uncles and her dad was throwed off too. I started this book yesterday and I did not want to put it down. OMG I could not out this book down. Ke Ke had some trifling friends but her uncle put their ass on blast real quick. I'm dying to see how this ends.
I Can Love You Better by Krystal Armstead is a good read. This is not my first reading from this author. Krystal did a good job. The storyline is on point and it's a page turner.
I enjoyed reading about Ja'Kia and August. There is something going on between August and Kee Kee. I can't wait to read part 2 and 3.
Nice Read
Sandra
Great storyline so far. In the beginning this story seemed similar to the parents love triangle. Good girl loves bad boy, couldn't have him for specified reasons. Friends are hoes and sleep with anyone including the guy that holds the most interest in the story. Quite a few grammatical errors that can flaw the flow of the story, and a questionable timeline. Other than what I pointed out I'm interested with seeing what the outcome of the story will be. At this point, I can't say for certain that it's predictable.
This book was so good. It grabbed my attention from the beginning. I though Jakia was going to be the troubled child but she's just a lost little girl that thinks she's in love. At first, I liked A.C but now I just don't know. I think Ary is cool and will be a great friend to KeeKee. I hope Keekee gets it together and realize that Prince is the man she needs in her life and get her mind right. I was not ready for that ending! All I'm going to say is I knew it! If you haven't read it, you don't know what your missing. I Can't wait for part 2. Krystal Armstead never disappoints! She writes straight fire!
The story was little too confusing with too many characters. It's probably why there are so many different stories from different point of view that have the main character JaKia so mix-up. She don't know who to believe. I like Prince and his background so far and I just don't get why JaKia is so hung-up on August Carter. He has no respect for the family that raised him especially for all that they did for him. Whether AC loves JaKia or not, having sex with a minor is still wrong. Jamie was right in wiping his behind. The futurist years are throwing me off, I don't get it. Overall, the story is slow because maybe I just don't get young people.
